I bought a code from my campus bookstore, why am I being asked to pay again?

The reason you're being asked to pay again is because you didn't purchase access online yet!

Community access isn't granted automatically, so when you are on the checkout page you will need to enter in your code that you purchased from your campus bookstore into the coupon field to bypass payment.


If you're receiving an error message when entering it in, hit up our Support Team by filling out this Request Form with the code you received and a screenshot or photocopy of your proof of purchase, and we'll send you a new one so you can access your community!
