Our team has built a feature on Packback that automatically syncs your Packback grades to your course's student portal.
Ensuring that you receive credit for the work you do on Packback each week is easy, but it does require you to take a few (simple) steps!
Step-by-Step Instructions to Connect Your Packback Grade to Your Course:
- Login to your student portal (Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, D2L-Brightspace, etc.) and open your course's page.
- Locate Packback among your course’s navigation, assignments, or other materials. If you have trouble locating it, please contact your instructor.

Click on and access Packback through your course page to ensure our system sends your grade over to your course's gradebook once it is processed.
- PLEASE NOTE: Only access your Packback assignments using this link in your course page. This connects your gradebook to your Packback account!
- If you experience a Launch Error, consult this article or contact help@packback.co for assistance.
How do I know if I successfully connected to my course gradebook?
If your Packback community is connected to your course gradebook and you have not activated this connection yet, you will see an alert on your community homepage when you log in.
Once you have activated your connection, this alert will go away and your past assignment grades will be synced to your course gradebook.
When will my grades be updated/synced?
Typically, your instructor will set specific deadlines for each assignment. Your Packback grade will be updated in your course's website after each deadline has passed or when your instructor decides to sync them.
If any grades were synced before you activate your Packback to course page connection, these past grades will be synced soon after the connected is made.
