If you are reading this, you may have tried to access Packback from your course page but encountered an error that looks like this:
As you can see in the error message, you are having trouble accessing Packback because of your cookie settings in your browser. This is an easy fix!
Please follow the steps below and try to access Packback again through your course page.
FOR ALL BROWSERS: Please make sure that you are not in incognito mode or private browsing mode.
Click which browser you are using to see the instructions:
If you are using Chrome as your browser:

On your computer, open Chrome

At the top right, click More
Settings.

Click Privacy and Security
Third-party cookies.

Select the option:
- Allow all/third-party cookies.
If you are using Safari as your browser on a computer:
- Click the Safari menu from the top toolbar.
- Choose Preferences or Settings.
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Uncheck “Prevent Cross-site tracking” and uncheck “Block all Cookies”
If you are using Safari on your phone or tablet:
On your iPhone, open the "Settings" App
You will see the grid of icons. Then, find the "Settings" icon and tap on it.
Scroll and tap on the "Safari" item
The Settings screen will be longer than the actual screen of your iPhone, so to reach the "Safari" section you need to scroll the screen down a bit by dragging on the screen with your finger.
When you see the Safari item, tap on it to see the options for Safari.
Make sure you have turned OFF Prevent Cross-Site tracking and Block all cookies as you see below.
If you are using Firefox as your browser:

Click the menu button
and select Settings.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel. This is where you can view your settings for Enhanced Tracking Protection, which includes cookies.

Select the
button (shown when multiple tabs are open) to apply your new setting.
