The Content Library allows you to search for templates and preview their contents before importing them into your community. Follow these steps to find and evaluate templates effectively.
Step-by-Step Instructions for Searching and Previewing Templates
- As a user of the Content Library, you can search for templates from the homepage. You can enter a search term, which will match against a template's title and description.
- Once you've entered a search term or clicked on a particular subject, you will see the results page, which allows you to further refine your template search results with additional filters.
- You can filter by subject, grade level, or assignment type. You can also choose to see only Packback's Featured templates, which are templates that have gone through official Packback review.
- You are able to select multiple subjects or grades when filtering. You can also combine your filters with a search term.
- It's important to note that faculty users will only see results for public templates when searching. As admins, you will see results for both public and unlisted templates.
- From a template's details page, a user can see the list of assignments in the template and information about the author and version of the template.
- If a user wishes to import a single assignment, they can click the Clone Single Assignment option for the relevant assignment.
- If a user wishes to import all the assignments in the template, they can click the Use Template button in the upper right corner.
