Students Reporting Their Grades Haven't Updated in the LMS
Possible Cause: Students may not have properly linked their Packback and LMS accounts. The column(s) may also be disconnected.
Solutions:
- Remind students to confirm that they have linked their Packback account with their LMS account by clicking on their Packback link in the course site.
- If all students seem to be affected, reach out to help@packback.co for support.
