Students Reporting Their Grades Haven't Updated in the LMS

Possible Cause: Students may not have properly linked their Packback and LMS accounts. The column(s) may also be disconnected.

Solutions:

  1. Remind students to confirm that they have linked their Packback account with their LMS account by clicking on their Packback link in the course site.
  2. If all students seem to be affected, reach out to help@packback.co for support.

Note: For Deep Dives assignments, make sure you have taken the action to post grades within the assignments. Those instructions can be found here.
