Sometimes professors choose to split up their communities into smaller groups or sections. If you are a part of a community with this kind of set up, you'll want to make sure you've signed up for the right section in order to receive a grade for your Packback participation.
What section am I in?
Unfortunately, Packback does not know which section you will need to join within your community! In most cases, that's something that your professor or TA has set up themselves.
Where can I go to find my section?
You can usually find your section in your course syllabus or class schedule. If it's not displayed in either of those places, you should reach out to your professor or TA and they should be able to let you know which section you should be in as well.
In the meantime, go ahead and choose any section and then you can go back and change it at any time by following these instructions!
How can I change my section?
You can change your section in your community at any time! When you do this, all of the posts you have already added to the community will be reassigned to the new section so you can still receive points for them.
Go to Your Community Feed
To change your section, login to Packback and open your community. This will take you to your Community Feed. On the left-hand sidebar of the Community Feed, click the Change Section button. This will prompt you to select the group or section you need to be added to!
